Service Description

Maybe it's been a year since you checked-in, or maybe your symptoms have been changing a lot. When looking to replan your recovery, we will take a deeper look into your continued care than in a check-in session. In this appointment, we will re-evaluate the root causes of your symptoms and make necessary changes to your Recovery Gameplan. Caregivers are welcome if the injured individual chooses to include them.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that mTBI can cause unpredictable symptoms - cancellations within 24 hours of your session will only be charged a $25 cancellation fee
